Étude sure les valeurs de professeurs de management de L'école nationale d'administration publique

RésuméCette recherche vise à élucider les valeurs de professeurs de management de l'École nationale d'administration publique. Pour ce faire, nous avons d'abord utilisé les théories sur les valeurs, particulièrement celles où les valeurs sont considérées dans une perspective subjective et interprétative, nous avons intégré à ces théories la question des paradigmes, particulièrement les paradigmes socioculturels et éducationnels proposés par Bertrand et Valois (1992) et nous avons utilisé la notion de pratique enseignante pour enrichir l'analyse. Les données ont été recueillies à travers six entrevues suivies d'observations de la pratique enseignante et donnent lieu à une analyse herméneutique de ces valeurs. Les valeurs de ces professeurs sont multiples, par ailleurs elles se regroupent assez aisément en grandes sections d'analyse qui permettent d'apprécier les points communs, les valeurs et les paradigmes partagés et les ecarts qui existent entre les professeurs.
This study tries to elucidate the values that are held by management faculty at l'École natione d'administration publique. We first look into theories of human values, particularly those which emphasize a subjective/interpretive perspective. To these we have juxtaposed the notions of social-cultural paradigm proposed by Bertrand and Valois (1992), and the notion of teaching practice. Data was collected through six interviews, followed by observation of the professors' teaching practice. We propose an hermeneutical analysis of the values uncovered through this process. The professors display multiple values, which may readily be placed in broad categories that show commonalities as well as differences among the professor's values and paradigms.
